Cubic3 at MWC 2026. Here’s what we’re up to.
Mobile World Congress (MWC 2026) is here. This year’s theme – The IQ Era – puts intelligence at the centre of everything: AI-native networks, intelligent infrastructure, non-terrestrial networks, and autonomous systems. These aren’t peripheral topics for us. They’re our core business.
The Cubic3 team is in Barcelona this week, connecting with global tech leaders, governments, and investors at the world’s leading connectivity event. We’re here to meet people, have real conversations, and help shape what connected automotive solutions look like next.
Big Cubic3 Announcements Before MWC 2026
We have also made some major announcements in the run-up to MWC.
Cubic3 has joined the 5G Automotive Association (5GAA), strengthening its role in driving technology innovation for software-defined vehicles alongside the world’s leading automakers.
Viasat, Cubic3, and Qualcomm will demonstrate the world’s first live, real-time satellite voice call for connected vehicles delivered over a 3GPP-compliant non-terrestrial network.
Skylo and Cubic3 have partnered to deliver smart connectivity for vehicles through a single SIM that unifies cellular and satellite coverage worldwide. At Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Cubic3, together with Skylo Technologies, will unveil the world’s first automotive-focused solution that unifies cellular and satellite connectivity through a single SIM.
Some of the industry’s biggest names are taking to the stage. We’re glad to be among them.
