BeLongTo
Through our long-standing partnership with BeLongTo, we support the creation of a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth in Ireland.

Pieta House
Our yearly participation in Pieta’s Darkness into Light event enables us to support vital services that help individuals and families impacted by suicide.

Room to Read
Our regular Room to Read pancake morning highlights the importance of education in tackling illiteracy and gender inequality.

With a focus on what matters most to our people, we run workshops on neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ allyship, and workplace equality, among others.

Women in tech

As a software company, we are keenly aware of the gender imbalance in the tech sector.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Women Reboot, an initiative by Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet that helps women re-enter the tech workforce after career breaks. It aims to bridge the gap by helping them refresh their skills and boost their confidence.

Through workshops, mentoring, and company placements, participants update their industry knowledge, expand their professional networks and gain practical experience in a supportive environment.

This year, we were proud to take part, welcoming Saranya Natarajan to our software team. After her 12-week internship, we were delighted to hire her as an Associate Engineer.
